Although Countryside Memorial Park is happy to work with any funeral home, we choose to partner with Compassion Funeral Home, establishment license number 4828. Compassion’s owner, Genaro Reyes Jr., is a Texas licensed independent funeral director with over 22 years of experience in every aspect of funeral service.
He is exceptionally caring and experienced in all things Natural Burial, and knows the importance of helping families celebrate their loved ones according to their personal tradition and financial availability.
Please notify Genaro Reyes of your needs in advance when possible. Payment is to be made directly to Compassion Funeral Home. Please ask him about pre arrangements and all services he provides, including removal, storage, preparation, death certificate, etc.

Chrysta Bell Zucht is an internationally known Actor, Musician and the Steward of Countryside Memorial Park. She has always shared her father’s passion for Natural Burials, and upon his unexpected death in 2009 had the soul-satisfying experience of giving him the green burial he had always wanted. She remains deeply dedicated to Countryside and has vowed to continue to offer it as a serene, peaceful place for eco-conscious families to bury, memorialize and celebrate their Beloveds.
